About The Bookish Collective

The Bookish Collective was inspired by one person’s love for nostalgia. The feelings when you see something you used to have, like a yo-yo, a Game Boy, a sticky slap hand, or even artwork. Every keychain, sticker, and product is meant to inspire you to keep on going, and inspire you to implement some throwbacks into your current daily life!

I always loved going to the Scholastic Book Fair as a kid; that’s where mine and lots of other kids’ love for books began. All of the cool toys, activities, and, of course, books were what helped me really develop the creative part of my brain. Fast forward a few years, and I got into freelance media marketing, photography, and graphic design, specifically for small businesses. I love that part of my work, but there was always a part of me that wished I had a physical product of something to sell. In mid 2026 I had started to assess some options, but nothing really clicked. I was so intrigued by the process I just knew I had to do something with this, so I decided to turn it into my business. Using my 2+ years in marketing and field experience being out at markets, I had most of the tools to really start and bring something new to the small business community.

If I had to put goals out there into the universe right now, it would simply be for this to fund itself and enjoy the process. I have definitely daydreamed about getting into really big markets, or having my items sold in shops, but as of right now I want to put quality, value, and meaning behind everything I do involving The Bookish Collective!
